Carrie blends her extensive medical background with the transformative power of sound therapy, Reiki, and energy healing to create deeply restorative experiences that promote balance in the mind, body, and spirit. Her sessions help individuals and groups release stress, ease anxiety, and restore natural energy flow, offering true relief and renewal in an often fast-paced world.

Through individual sound therapy and Reiki sessions, group sound baths, and corporate wellness programs, Carrie supports everyone from individuals seeking emotional peace to workplaces looking to cultivate harmony and prevent burnout.
